I have led teams of varying sizes across agencies, media owners, digital & data teams and venture-backed businesses. I have managed budgets of over £250m. I have recently stepped off the board of a BCV portfolio company, as part of the exit strategy, after 3 years’ service.

While at Global (Europe’s largest radio and outdoor advertising group) for 16 years (ultimately in a chief commercial strategy role), I led teams of over 100, delivering revenues of over $1bn (vs $170m when I started), in the UK, US and EU. This has given me experience over every advertising category from different perspectives and allowed me to build strong relationships across all sectors of advertising and aligned industries.

My previous experience includes a head of strategy role at the Daily Mail Group and, previously, at Zenith Optimedia, a leading agency.

I am currently a non-executive Chairman of an AI company optimising performance for advertisers, agencies and media owners.

I completed a General Management Certificate of Achievement at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2022.
